Assessments
Autism & Developmental Assessments
Goal: Determine whether a child is autistic, has developmental delays, and assesses for other neurodevelopment profiles.
If you are wondering if your child is autistic, has an intellectual disability, or want to clarify their neurodevelopment profile, this would be the assessment we would recommend. These assessment do not include academic functioning. If they are older than 7 years of age and/or you also have questions about their academic functioning, we would recommend a comprehensive psychological assessment.

1
Thorough Background/History
Interview and standardized questionnaires with parents and review of relevant data (e.g., report cards, prior assessments, relevant medical documentation)
2
Assessment
Depending on the presenting concerns, the assessment will include a combination of tests to examine intellectual functioning, adaptive skills, and autism specific activities.
3
Comprehensive Feedback
The feedback session is directly between the parents and the psychologist. The psychologist will explain the results of the assessment and provide recommendations and next steps.
