I love working with children and teens, helping them better understand their emotions, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered. I have experience working with neurodivergent children. I’m currently training in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. At WonderTree, I support youth therapeutically, as well as provide Executive Functioning Coaching and work as a psychometrist administering standardized tests. I believe that many different factors shape a child’s emotional and behavioural development and taking into account these contextual factors is important for effective work. 

Beyond my clinical work, I’ve been involved in psychological research, deepening my understanding of child and adolescent mental health. I’ve also spent time volunteering as a crisis counsellor, offering support to individuals in distress. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to being a compassionate and understanding clinician.

I have completed a clinical psychology practicum student at WonderTree Child, Adolescent, and Family Practice, working under the supervision of Dr. Michelle Fardella.

I’m excited to continue learning and growing in this field, with the goal of pursuing a PsyD and specializing in child and adolescent mental health. I look forward to supporting the children and families at WonderTree!

In my free time, I love reading, going for walks and solving jigsaw puzzles.
