Meet the Team
Natalie Bhatti, BA, BSW, RSW.
Social Worker
(she/her)
It has been a lifelong passion of mine to uplift, empower and support children, youth and families of Ontario. There is great power within a community that thrives on connection and collaboration, and I invite you to explore your experiences in a safe space where you are the expert of your story.
My approach is person-centered, guided by trauma-informed and evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) framework. This approach integrates a gender-affirming and intersectional lens. The overarching goal is to work collaboratively with you to support healing, growth and resiliency.
With over 8 years of social work experience, I have had the privilege of working closely with children and families throughout my career. I have worked within the school board, hospital, intensive services, day treatment program, and live-in treatment program. While this list is not exhaustive, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, panic disorders, stress management, self-esteem issues, and ADHD. Along with speaking English, I am also fluent in Punjabi, and I can understand Hindi and Urdu.
Together, we can create meaningful change and strengthen your sense of hope and resilience.
