(she/her)
I am a warm, compassionate, and dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families. I completed my Master of Psychology at Adler Professional Graduate School and I am pursuing my Doctor of Education in Counselling Psychology (School Psychology). I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where children and families feel understood, comfortable, and empowered throughout the assessment process.
I have years of experience working within school board settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support student learning, mental health, and well-being. I have worked with children and adolescents presenting with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, anxiety, depression, and behavioural concerns. I also have experience using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) strategies to support emotional and behavioural development. I approach each child and family with empathy, creativity, openness, and compassion.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying active through half marathons, HYROX races, triathlons, and training for my first Ironman 70.3 race. I value balance, perseverance, and personal growth, and I bring that same dedication into my work with children and families.
