I am a child and adolescent clinical psychologist devoted to providing empathic, client-focused mental health care.  I offer a warm, supportive, strengths-based space to help children and teens flourish.  I am experienced in providing social-emotional and psychoeducational assessments as well as evidence-based psychotherapies for various mental health needs.  I offer individual therapy for adolescents, parent-child sessions, and parent counselling.  My approach takes into account the importance of the parent-child relationship and effective communication.

I completed her doctoral training at the University of Toronto - OISE. I completed my clinical training at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre/SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health, the Toronto District School Board, as well as Child and Youth Mental Health Services in British Columbia.  I am registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysis of Ontario.

I have experience working with individuals with a range of developmental and mental health needs, including Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Autism, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioural difficulties, and family conflict. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Supportive-Expressive Therapy (SET), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based approaches, and Nonviolent Communication.
