Group Discussion Session

Coming Home to Yourself

At WonderTree, we believe a new autism and/or ADHD diagnosis can be an opportunity to better understand yourself with compassion and curiosity. This neuroaffirming group supports women in exploring their neurotype, unmasking, understanding their needs, and building practical strategies to create a life that truly fits who they are.
