High Performance Athlete Care

High performance athletes face unique physical, mental, and emotional demands that can affect both their performance and overall well-being. At WonderTree, our team of clinicians, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and neuropsychologists, understand the pressures athletes face both on and off the field. We provide individualized, evidence-based support to optimize mental health, resilience, focus, and recovery, while also offering team- and organizational-level support to promote mindfulness, well-being, and collective resilience.

WonderTree also provides specialized care and rehabilitation support following sports-related concussions and similar challenges. To learn more about our concussion and brain injury support, click

Being a high performance athlete comes with unique pressures that go beyond training and competition. The demands of practice, tournaments, school, and personal life can create stress, fatigue, and challenges with focus or emotional regulation. At WonderTree, we work with athletes to build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and maintain balance, ensuring they can perform at their best while protecting their mental and emotional well-being.

Strong minds fuel strong performance.
