Anxiety

Our team of clinicians has extensive experience in supporting youth facing anxiety and other mental health concerns. We believe in a collaborative approach to help each individual manage their anxiety and navigate life's challenges. Many of our services are covered by private insurance.

What is Anxiety

Anxiety isn’t just worry—it’s a real and valid experience that can affect thoughts, emotions, and the body. Anxiety manifests in many forms, including persistent worries, physical symptoms, avoidance behaviors, or difficulty sleeping and concentrating. We focus on personalized strategies to help individuals navigate anxiety in ways that honor their needs and strengths.

Anxiety is not a weakness, it’s a signal from your brain and body. It’s a way to understand what needs attention, compassion, and care.
